Why is the price in US dollars?
Unfortunately, the technical powers that be force me to charge you online in US dollars. Crazy, isn't it?

Yes, it is. All articles are written especially for Ready to Go Newsletters using specialist writers. They have not been published before.

How quickly can I start?Print: Your first Realtor newsletter will be delivered right away. Then you'll get access to each newsletter around the 15th of each month.
Online: Your first newsletter will be set up within 24 hours. Then you'll get access to each newsletter around the 15th of each month.
Will I get the current month's newsletter?
Yes, you will. Indeed, it's likely you will have access to the current and next month's newsletter during your free trial period.
What kind of files will I receive?Print: You will receive Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher files so you can easily customize your newsletter.
Online: You will have access to the email editing facility through Vertical Response, Ready to Go Newsletters' email delivery partner.
Is there an extra charge for using Vertical Response?
There is no extra charge if you send 500 or fewer emails per
month. Vertical Response charges one credit for one email, but
as part of your membership with Ready to Go Newsletters you are
given 500 credits per month. If you want to send more than 500
emails per month, you can buy extra credits for $15 for 1,000.
Can I send the emails using my own email sending software?
Our email service is designed in partnership with Vertical Response - the leaders in email marketing. However, we also supply HTML files in case you want to send them through your own software or another email service provider.
It is much better to use Vertical Response than your own software because:
- Vertical Response works closely with ISPs to give your email the best chance of being delivered.
- Vertical Response ensures you comply with anti-SPAM regulations by making it easy for people to unsubscribe.
- Vertical Response allows you to monitor the effectiveness of your email campaigns by allowing you to see bounce rate, open rate and the number of people who click on the links in your newsletter.

Can I convert the print newsletter into a PDF file?
Yes, you can. If you don't have PDF conversion software on your computer, you can use www.zamzar.com to convert the document for free.
Can I include listings in the newsletter?
You can replace as much of the newsletter as you like with listings or other information.
Can I include my picture in the newsletter?
Yes, you can. There is dedicated space for your picture. Alternatively, because the newsletter can be edited, you can include your picture anywhere you like.
Can I include my own graphics at the top of the print newsletter?
Yes you can. As the entire newsletter (including the design) can be edited, you can add your own graphics. If you would like us to help with that - perhaps even create your own header for the print newsletter - see this page on mastheads.
I see you have 3 different designs, and 2 and 4-page print newsletters. Do I have to decide right away which I want?
No. Subscribers to the print real estate newsletter will have all varieties available at all times.
Can I put the articles on my website?
Yes, you can. Once you subscribe, you can use the articles in any way you wish, as long as you don't resell them.
You can also put articles on your website automatically, simply by pasting a piece of code into your website. There is no extra charge for this.
How much of my newsletter can I customize?As much or as little as you wish. You can change as many articles as you wish - even the title. Or you may just wish to add your business name and contact details. We recommend, however, that you include some information about your services to encourage clients to contact you.
How can I customize my newsletter?Print: You can use Microsoft Word or Publisher to cut and paste text into your newsletter quickly and easily.
Online: You can use Vertical Response's easy to use email editing window.
Can I include ads in my newsletter?
Yes. Because the entire newsletter can be edited and changed, you can insert ads wherever you like.
What happens if I'm having trouble setting up or customizing my newsletter?Subscribers to the real estate edition get free assistance to set up their newsletter. Just contact us at support@readytogonewsletters.com or call 1-877-976-6368.

Do I have to use a commercial printer to print my newsletter?
No, you can print the newsletter in your own office using your computer's printer. If you need help with this, please contact us.

Can I print my newsletter on 11x17 paper?
Yes you can. You will need to adjust your printer settings for paper size and to make sure it prints the pages in the right order. As each printer is different, we cannot give you precise instructions here. Contact us if you need help.

What do I do if I want to discontinue my service?Just email us at support@readytogonewsletters.com or call 1-877-976-6368 and we will cancel your account immediately.
Is this guarantee for real?Yes! We truly believe that you'll get great feedback from your list. If you don't, then we wouldn't feel right continuing to charge you for the newsletter. That's why we guarantee you will have at least 3 people tell you they "love" your newsletter within the first 12 months or we'll happily give you your money back. All we need is proof you actually mailed out or emailed the newsletters!

I don't want to send a newsletter every month. Can I still use your service?We recommend for maximum effectiveness that you send a newsletter monthly. However, you can choose to send newsletters as and when you wish for the same fee.
